1. Returns Eligibility: We accept 30 day returns from the date of purchase for products that are in their original condition, unwashed, with tags and liners intact. Returns are not accepted for free gifts or final sale items. We ask that you try on items with underwear on, as we reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear.
Our 30-Day Fit Guarantee: this covers exchanges for the same items purchased in a different size, not returns or refunds.
Please reach out if your bra doesn't fit, so we can set you up with an easy exchange with your proper size. Contact us if you have other questions regarding our policies.
2. Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the return process. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item. If you wait longer than 7 days to contact us, we reserve the right to refuse any replacement items - damaged or defected items still fall under our 30 day from order date return policy, so please reach out as soon as possible.
3. Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will work with you to arrange a return and issue a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference. We may request photographic evidence of the incorrect item to facilitate the return process. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the incorrect item. If you wait longer than 7 days to contact us, we reserve the right to refuse any replacement items - incorrect items still fall under our 30 day from order date return policy, so please reach out as soon as possible.
4. Non-Returnable Items: For the safety and wellbeing of all our customers, certain items are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons. These include, but are not limited to, personal care products, cosmetics, and intimate apparel like bras and underwear. Please review the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase and reach out for easy exchanges if your bra does not fit.
5. Refunds Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Packaging Your Return: When returning an eligible item, please ensure it is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure its safe arrival.
8. Exchanges: Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis, depending on your reason for exchanging. We offer easy exchanges on items on bras that aren't eligible for returns. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow the instructions under sections 2 and 3 for resolution.
